My Role: Design and Strategy.

Following on from the 'My Friend Marx' CD packaging I designed for Marc last year, his online presence is a continuation of the original theme to tie in with the marketing and promotion of the album.

The 2 robot characters which feature on the front of the album stand proudly on the homepage,alongside certain feeds where visitors can find information on his tours, updated news, plus listen to his album and watch video's of his single and live performances.

Other pages include a Press/Bio page, a Merchandising page where you can purchase garments with the 2 Robot characters on them amongst other designs, and a Contact page. Beautiful black and white photography taken by Alex Patten, was used on the site.

Recently, I art directed the forthcoming video for the single, 'My Friend Marx' with Marc and Rory McGovern, a very talented animation student from Cork. The entire video is animated in claymation, where the 2 main robot characters are brought to life to tell the story behind the song.

Marc is on tour at present and will be playing the summer festivals, so check out the website.
